Do you like helping the underdog? Have just a few hours to spare? Want to dust off your trial and negotiation skills? Then the Lawyer for a Day Project is for you! Case Assessment Clinic
At an Assessment Clinic, the MCVLP schedules pre-screened Clients to meet with a volunteer attorney for a brief case assessment with counsel and advice. Your assessment will help the MCVLP determine if the matter should be referred to a volunteer for further service (something a volunteer would be willing to do pro bono) or if the counsel and advice offered during your meeting is all that the MCVLP can offer at this time. Divorce 101 CLE
